For all of our UK returns you can now use our brand new Returns Portal which allows you to save time by easily returning your orders to us, easily exchanging sizes which don’t fit for new ones, and self-creating returns labels without having to get in touch with our returns team!

ARE THERE ANY CHARGES FOR RETURNS?

  • UK returns will have a cost of £4, which will be deducted from your refunded amount
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable

CAN I EXCHANGE MY ITEM?

  • We offer free exchanges within 14 days for UK customers*
  • Exchanges do not reserve items - If the item you have requested an exchange for is out of stock by the time we receive your return, you will receive a full refund.

WHAT ITEMS CAN I RETURN/EXCHANGE?

  • Returns must be made within 14 days of receiving your order. 
  • They must be in original condition
  • For clothing, unwashed and unworn
  • In the original packaging with tags 
 HOW DOES THE PORTAL WORK?
Using the returns portal is super simple, just log in with your order number and you’ll be given the option to return your items with ease. To begin your return or swap follow these steps:
  • Open the Returns Portal.
  • Enter your Order Number (including #) and the Email Address which was used on the order.
  • Select the item(s) you would like to return to us.
  • Select if you would like to Return or Swap the items.
  • Print out the postage label and attach it to the original packaging.
  • Drop it off at your nearest Drop Off Point shown in the portal.
  • Please include the original packing slip within the return in order to issue your refund swiftly.
  • Once we receive and verify your returned items your refund or new replacements will automatically be sent out to you, it’s as easy as that.

  • We are a small business and are currently unable to offer exchanges internationally. We recommend reordering the item through our website.
